Frequently Asked Questions
What fabric is this top made of?
Our Basic Satin Crop Top is crafted from premium-quality satin fabric that feels silky smooth against your skin. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and has a beautiful natural sheen that gives it an elegant, luxurious look — perfect for both casual and dressy occasions.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend referring to our size guide for the best fit. Our satin crop top runs true to size. For a relaxed fit, size up. The adjustable string straps allow you to customize the fit to your comfort. If you're between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size for ease of movement.
How should I care for this garment?
To maintain the luxurious quality of your satin top, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent, or using a delicate machine wash cycle. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric. Lay flat to dry or hang gently. If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting with a cloth between the iron and the fabric.
What is Velora Luxury Fashion's return policy?
At Velora Luxury Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that final sale items are non-refundable.
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping options are available at checkout for delivery within 2-3 business days. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
